The first thing to make a silicone rubber keypad is to confirm the design. Our design department can assist with the design if needed.

Making The Tool
Once the keypad design has been confirmed, we should use CNC milling machines and electrical discharge machines to fabricate the tool.

Mixing and Matching Colors
Colored silicone rubber is manually placed on the base mat. Keyboard bases will be formed from silicone, the keys will retain their specific color.

Compression Molding
Compression molding is the process of creating products through the placement and heating of pre-cured silicone rubber.

Laser Etching/Silkscreen Printing
Depending on the effect, we can choose screen printing or laser etching to meet your requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom silicone rubber keypads?
For standard materials, we don’t have specific MOQ requirements. We can manufacture to your needs, so you don’t have to make a lot of inventory. However, if you need to use special materials, a minimum order quantity may be required.
What certification do you have for the silicone rubber keypad materials?
What is your factory's product packaging method? Is it possible to provide customized packaging?
The silicone rubber keypads will be packed in PP bags and cartons. Custom packaging is available upon request as well.

We will strictly follow your design drawings for mold making and production, and we will also send you samples for confirmation before mass production to ensure that the goods are in line with your requirements. If it does not meet your requirements we will arrange to re-produce it until you are satisfied.
